Very Friendly and active dog. Like to smile and play with human.

He suddenly hang around my office with collar. Posted in fb but no news frm owner. Therefore shuld be abandoned by his owner.
That area got other gang of stray dog and they dun allow charlie to join them. So charlie now is alone and stay away from other stray dog.
He will go play with anyone he saw. Too friendly to human which is not good as a strays.

Wish to find a forever home for him.
But i wish is no leash and cage at home. Just hope to find family really love and care him.
