Hi, we found Cookie in our neighborhood and his eyes are barely open. Have brought him to the vet but doctor said it will take some time for his eyes to fully open and it's normal. Doctor has also indicated he is healthy and so, we are currently looking for a home for him. To those cat lovers around Klang Valley area who are interested to adopt him, please contact me.
