My interest in animals developed at a young age and since 11 yrs old, I have taken care of 30 cats including 3 that are still running around the house. 3 died out of illness and the rest move out of the house but still come and visit once in a while.

After meows & hisses, I moved out to hubbys place which had a Labrador Retriever. We used to own a pair of lizards before releasing them back in the garden and fostered a year old Husky too.

Being animal-centric I’ve rescued a baby sparrow, praying mantis & nursed an Oleander hawk moth back to health in my green house.

The trait has passed on to my daughter who is obsessed with cats. I’m now looking to adopt a child friendly cat who doesn’t mind being petted and stared at.
