I've 3 dogs @ home.A toy poodle age 11,mongrel and a manchester terrier both 10 yrs old.As regards to dog/cat rights in Malaysia, it is my wish that in the near future:
1.Apartment owners can keep dogs/pets legally.At present, most highrise apts house rules prohibit
this.
2.There should be parks for dogs/cats like in overseas countries.
3. Heavier penalties for cruel acts against animals esp. cats & dogs. R there any lobby groups for this-improve legislations.
3.Owners who do not practise responsible pet ownership(allow pets esp dogs/cats to breed balantly) should be blacklisted.
