What happen to NuNu and Raisin? They are too young to die.

Nunu was very good on the day she died, looking normal. She was playing with me in the afternoon but at night, my mother called to inform me when I was outside, that Nunu was running like a lightning around the house, as if she was in pain and finally collapse and died in just seconds. I rushed home but couldn't save her at all, it was too late.
Raisin, we bought her home after Nunu's death. She was very cute and playing actively with us. It was 2am when I last played with her. At 5am, she was banging at the door of my mum's room. We came out and have a look, she was already trembling (I suspect a convulsion) and then she died in less than 5 minutes. She was only with us for 4 days. We brought her carcass to veterinary lab for post-mortem. All we got was that there were multifocal haemorrhage in her lungs, liver red, tongue almost white and kidney look pale, and the doctor was unable to tell what disease that took her life away.
It was a tragic, because we were not even given time to save them and we lost both of them in 4 days.
