I've had cats pretty much all my adult life. At the moment, I have Mary Jane (MJ for short), a domestic short haired black/white cat I adopted from a shelter 3 years ago. MJ is fairly happy as an only pet but I think she'd enjoy a little companion so I'm going to adopt a kitten soon.
