That's excellent, has Tiny recovered from flu yet, any other underlying health issues, sorry hv to ask cos last mth adopted 1 kitty, less than 1 week died of sickness, really heart breaking. i m 63 semi retired & hse quiet so looking for a little companion. Oh my that is bad. But if the kitten's sickness is due to Parvovirus then you should not adopt another young kitten. You will need to get a fully vaccinated kitten as the virus can stay in your home for up to 6 months.
But we have decided against vaccination her so soon so that we want to build up her immune system. She is currently taking Liquid DMG daily. She was the runt of the litter so we want to make sure she is absolutely strong enough before we vaccinate her - as we had cases where kittens had adverse reactions to the vaccine.
I wish I could keep all the kittens that I rescue but there are so many stray kittens out there. Tiny has been to the vet last week for checkup too. She was last dewormed on 10th Oct. We have also conducted fecal examination to ensure no worms/parasite in her.
I am also a rescuer in my younger days, now old already so need to slow down. I kept all my cats n dogs cannot tahan to give away. If Tiny stays with me, will update u occasionally thru whatsapp. My no
