Thanks for reply. Buddy is around 3 to 4 years old. Afraid the beagle you found is not him. Pray and hope that Buddy is in safe hand. Those people who steal pedigrees with a purpose are not real dog-lover. They should understand how upsetting it could be for the one to lost their pet. Thank you very much :)
