The area we live in is literally a dog dumping ground where we come across a wide variety of abandoned dogs and stray dogs. We as well as many of our neighbors have been doing our best to rescue, rehome or adopt them whenever possible but it's not an easy task to keep up with this endless evil "dog dumping" practice... sigh...
