I'm not a pro rescuer but I help the animals who needs help. Usually I will take small-size dogs or cats to neuter. I always prepare some dog food and cat food in my car so I can feed them anytime anywhere. No one would like to be stray, so does the animals too. You doesn't have to love them but do not hurt them.
