Create a Pet profile to upload pet photo step:
Go to your left hand side of your personal profile, you will see this:
Welcome, Melmel!

* Edit Profile
* Manage My Pets
* Create Pet Profile
* Latest Activity

* Add Directory Listing
* My Directory Listings

* Logout

Then, go Create Pet Profile
After that register info about your pet and upload the photo
