I am an animal lover and especially a dog lover. I have had dogs at home all my life and currently have two dogs of my own. I have written articles in the media to highlight and bring awareness on issues relating to pets. I have contacts with local pets rescuers and animal right activists and help in rehoming dogs by disseminating information. Education is vital and it pains me to see how many pets are abused and unwanted.
