I absolutely love dogs and am very distressed at the rampant abuse and abandonment of this very loyal and wonderful animal.
All animals that are not with breeders must be spayed/neutered. Breeders must be licensed and controlled. No puppy mills allowed.
This is the only way to stop this cruelty. People should adopt first before buying a pet. We cannot call ourselves a civilized society until these steps are taken at a minimum.
