Seeing the number of stray dog increasing non stop everywhere. How ignorance of human. My living area got a big basket-ball park but it is been using a place for outsider to drop their dog. We saw a man always pick up some puppy and drop off at night in our place. Because few kindhearted neighbour were feeding all stray dog and some keep them as a semi adopted guard dog outside their door gate. Of course thé problem is puppy born ... Puppy died.....continue problem. Myself just recently save a puppy pinscher (only 4 weeks old). This pinscher is dump by a man (this stupid man used to dump dog in our place at night). The reason i write to you is i wanted to prepare a post with photo on you website to help the 2 young puppies find a home. I am ready to pay the Bill of neutral or spay cost.
