Dog Export or Inport can be done but it needs alot of paperworks and must comply to Dog Act(16A), (22C) and so on blar blar dogs regulations on both side countries.
By the time Tiger reach to ur hand the price can be more then 10 times the selling price.
Since you are from Sarawak, my advice just forget about it after all Tiger parent never go to any Dog Champion show before and they are only known as good guard dog or family pets.
Well 2 years dog experience consider to me is like 2 months experience. You can always try with smaller dog breed so is easy for you to handle and remember go for a female dog 1st bacause male dogs are very nasty. ha ha
