I have been feeding stray dog's for years and I even adopt few of them. There are many bad incident had happened before this. The strays were overloaded in my neighborhood until the municipal council had to intervene. They was shot by the municipal council and some cruelty human had poured acid on the strays. This is why, I am currently looking for a foster home for the newly borned puppies.
