Thanks for the compliments :) It took us a long time to come out with this painful decision to rehome them. Reason being that our new landlord does not allow us to keep too many pets. We have 9 cats and after lengthy negotiations, she agreed to let us keep maximum of 3 cats.
We decided to let the youngest cats up for adoption and keep the seniors with us. Actually all my cats are neutered (except fostered child - xena - soon to be spayed) but at the last moment before Maya went for the operation, she went on heat and it wasn't until a week later (by that time Dewey was spayed) we noticed she was pregnant :-|
We witnessed the birth process and helped Maya in cutting and made her care for her kids :) That was a great experience and thus letting them go is really borne out of desperation :( If we go against the landlord, we have to pay 11 months of rental and not to mention additional costs for deposits on new house.
So am hoping to find really good homes for them. If you have friends interested in having cats as their companions, hope you can help me help them.
All yr cats a so adorable & cute..Why do you want to release them for adoption ?
