Found a lost dog outside Belakong Hong Leong Bank with a collar. It seems to have an owner. The dog has a bite wound on the right hind leg, already taken to the vet, and is currently under observation.

The dog has a microchip, but it seems the owner hasn't registered it since we can't find any records. If this is your dog, please contact 018-3642961, you won't need to pay us for the medical expenses.
