Hi am a 17 year old girl, I take care of 2 dogs at my neighbors house that are extremely neglected

since 2024 after seeing the owner not do anything for them I decided to take on the care for them both after convincing the owner, I take care of all their expenses and taking care of them in general .

As am only 17 without much support from family I can only do limited things as I don't have my car license yet

On Thursday 10/4/2025 the owner received a report from dbkl about license issues for the dogs problem is he DOEST want to do anything about it and instant thinks it's troublesome and wants to throw the dogs away on the street I managed to convince him not to and I'll try my best to get the dogs adopted somehow in 14 days (time given by dbkl)

During 2024 I did found both dogs adopters after further convincing the owner to let the dogs go BUT HE changed he's mind last min and made a fuse with me that he wanted the dogs no matter what so I was forced to let this adopting issue go I even made transportation to get 1 of the dogs neutered with my own money and so on but it all got cancelled bc of the owner .

Now I have to find a place for this 2 babies in the span of 14 days I would like to find a Foster/ adopters as this is sudden for me too especially the way the owner said he wants to throw them away rlly broke my heart as I took care of this babies regardless if I was sick ,tired ,day,night and so on there's a limit to what I can do bc am still underaged and still have to fllw what my parents say and I have studies going on

So I would like to reach out for help from any good loving souls out here .

I'll try my hardest to sponsor to the fosters and adopters for wtv expenses needed with my savings please I just need a place for this 2 babies..
