TARA CAT HOUSE agrees to provide services that regularly feed, water, and house OWNER’S pet(s) upon the following terms and conditions. TARA CAT HOUSE agrees to exercise due and reasonable care and to keep the premises sanitary and properly enclosed. TARA CAT HOUSE will not be held liable for any self- inflicted, stress, or anxiety-related issues that may arise. TARA CATHOUSE services are provided without liability for loss or damage from disease or death, and from injury or damage done by your pet(s) to people, other pets or property, or other unavoidable causes. As animal conduct cannot be predicted, TARA CAT HOUSE cannot guarantee the safety or wellbeing of the pet. With the housing of multiple cats in one area, there is always a chance of injury and the possibility of infectious disease being passed between animals. The OWNER assumes all risk of injury or illness to the pet for the boarding period ,The OWNER is solely responsible for any and all acts or behavior of the pet and damages or claims caused by the pet while boarded at TARA CAT HOUSE and agrees to hold TARA CAT HOUSE harmless therefrom.
