"Some rescuers/fosterers think only they love dogs; and are suspicious others don't. Some think they have the right to come to your house as frequently as they like to check on your pet. Even Welfare Dept officers visit child adoption families at regular intervals, not at their whims and fancies. Some rescuers also think they can take the puppy back for a few days, ignoring the fact that they are interrupting the puppies adaptation to the new home"
