I always love german shepard. neighbour used to have one when i was young. i find them very good with kids. maybe it could the one that i am used to with. he hates it when i cried while i was a baby. used to ride him as horsey.

prefer female but i'll make sure that she is neutered. with or w/o cert is off no importance to me as long as it is healthy.
