Demeanour20, if you are sincerely interested in adopting a puppy, why not pick up the phone and call the rescuers to inquire? Or, if they don't provide the h/p number, send them an email. Many rescuers won't bother responding to someone who justs keeps asking "still available??" and takes no initiative.
