It's regarding about a feedback that I received from your management and I would like to complain how can things happen just like that for no reason.
1.On the day dated 26/2/2017, my brother-in-law was moving his car and he opened the main gate and accidentally my 2 dogs went out. He forgot to caged my dogs, then suddenly the dog catcher came and caught my 2 dogs.

2.My brother-in-law went to the office in the morning on the 27th but was told that we cannot get back our 2 dogs so I am desperate to get my 2 dogs back. Then my brother-in-law can't do anything, after that, I went to call this number '07-6871442'.There were so many operators, computer buttons then finally got someone to pick up my call so I told her my problems and she said she also can't do anything, so I said this is the 1st time that my dogs got caught. Then she finally said she would pass the call to someone else to handle my problems. Then the second person handle my call and I also told her the same things and she also said the same things.

3.They told me that my dogs will be at the "Hutan" then where is this so called "Hutan"? That means I can't get back my dogs? It is just 1 day they caught my dog and immediately the put in the "Hutan" for no reason and they did not even investigate whose dogs are those. They didn't give a good excuse or a good reason for me to understand what is going on?? I wanted to buy the license for the dogs but they said buy also no use because my dogs have already been caught.

4.I would like to highlight for a first timer mistakes, is this the way they should treat in this way?
They caught the dogs and they didn't even find out whose dog it was and they just immediately put in the "Hutan".
They do things very fast, then why don't they catch the thieves?Instead of catching the dogs and animals?
I find that this is very cruel to the animals as we are the owners they did not even find out the truth and kept on giving us excuses. Is this the right way to do things that are beyond our control?Is it I cannot see my dogs again?This is ridiculous for a first-time offence.

5.Now the main purpose is I want to get back my dogs and I want to get them a license, For a first-time offence please don't slam a harsh punishment to the owner, this is not right for the owner to deal with as the owner is an animal lover.Even when I asked for the dog catcher's phone number, they don't even give me or is it they cannot give me, this is very cruel.

6.Can you help me solve this problem and look into the matter?
