I have never been officially a cat owner as the cats do come and go. I have about 23 of them currently as I feed every lost cat that come and need food. I let them roam freely but it's a problem here in Putrajaya as we are not really allowed to have pets. I stay in a government quarters btw. Long story short, I have to give out all the cats or actions are to be taken towards us. The cats shelter here is useless as well.
