An animal lover, who will go overseas soon and needs someone who will take my puppy in. I found him on the streets, the puppy is recovering from mange, and is currently growing back his fur fast. The SPCA would not take him in cause of his mange history. If I were to leave him at the SPCA, they would put him down, in other words, kill him.
