Hiring - Part Time Animal Care Assistant

We are seeking friendly, cheerful and positive individuals who can manage day to day jobs of a boarding facility efficiently. Applicants must have a love for animals also be passionate about animal welfare.

Responsibilities:

- Duties include all aspects of looking after the welfare of the dogs ie feeding, grooming, keeping the environment clean and sanitized, picking up after the animals, playing, administering medication and reporting on the animal's condition to its owner and supervisor.
- Providing Center management with regular written reports and updates on animals within the Animal Center. Assisting with ordering, stock rotation, presentation, sales and stock taking.
- Will also be expected to help with other duties, such as selling pet supplies etc.
- Establishing excellent customer relations and dealing with customers complaints.
- General administrative duties at the reception counter
- Handle general enquiries from members of the public over the phone or in person professionally
- Be self-motivated and be able to prioritize and effectively manage workloads and able to work unsupervised.
- Have the physical abilities needed to carry out the role effectively.
- Have the ability and flexibility to work effectively within a team environment.
- Experience of working with dogs will be an added advantage

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel etc is essential.
- Working hours from 10am-7pm (extra hours required on event days)
- Work days: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Salary range: RM6-8 per hour depending on experience
- Training will be provided
- Job is based at Old Klang Road
