In January last year, a kind lady called us after seeing Lotos limping in pain with an injured paw. One of his digits was so badly cut and swollen that it had to be amputated when he arrived at the shelter.

Fortunately, his recovery was a speedy one (like him), and he’s now making up for lost time by living every day to the fullest. For Lotos, this means taking long walks, running free and chasing tennis balls in our off-lead area.

Lotos is a super friendly and affectionate dog. When he sees people, he gets so excited he spins in circles then leaps up to say hello. An expert in making people feel special, there’s no doubt this boy was made to be someone’s lifelong friend.
