Thank You, Mr Gorilla!

It is now 1.37am. I just spent the last half hour hunting for Indy.
While I was doing my work in Bunny’s Room, Indy had spider-cat-ed up the cat-grille and jumped out of the room. But I knew my husband had shut all the windows so I let Indy be.
Little did I know Indy had gone upstairs and the bedroom windows were open.
He must have escaped through the upstairs roof.
After I shut down my laptop, I went to look for Indy and could not find him anywhere downstairs or upstairs.
I went out to the porch – no Indy.
I went out of the gate and up and down the road; I called for Indy.
There was not the slightest hint of any animal, human or object moving. It was so quiet, you could hear a pin drop.
Where was Indy?
I started to freak out – what if he was on his way back to our old house? You’ll never know, right? Indy is a little strange…
I searched the whole house again, and again, outside at the porch.
This time I heard a low feline stand-off growl. It wasn’t Indy’s sounds, though.
And there, right inside our gate….was our escapee – Indy Jones himself.
And right outside the gate was….Mr Gorilla.
I think Mr Gorilla must have chased Indy back to our house.
I went near and Indy ran under our car.
I thanked Mr Gorilla profusely, and he nonchalantly walked off back towards his house.
I tell you, the old boy is a real character!
Took me another 15 minutes to get the incorrigible Indy Jones out from under the car….
Sigh, what am I going to do with you, Indy?
Looks like Indy has become the reigning escape artist No.1 now.
The former champion, Pole, is fast asleep.
Yawn…been there, done that.
All said, we thank Mr Gorilla very much for disciplining these two escape artists. Mr Gorilla also chased Pole back to our house from the roof during the latter’s escapade days.
