Marcita was three months old when she faced a situation no pup should face. She was attacked by a fellow street dog and left with four puncture wounds on her leg. Terrified and in pain, poor Marcita ran off and took refuge underneath a car.

Fortunately, a kind person heard Marcita’s cries, noticed she was struggling to move and contacted Soi Dog for help. With your support, this brave pup was nursed back to health and grew into the elegant lady you see here today.

Although Marcita is safe here with us, a shelter is far from a place to call home. She loves being outside, going for walks, sniffing out the best spots for lounging in the sun and being petted non-stop – activities best enjoyed with a family of her own.🧡
