If the above statement resonates with you, perhaps you’d consider walking? Walking is a form of exercise that is simple, low impact and available for everyone.
Walking does not require any special equipment or athletic skills, yet it can offer amazing array of health benefits, from lifting your mood to lowering your blood pressure.
In conjunction with TCS’ 10th Anniversary, we are co-hosting a 5km virtual fun run with a group of student volunteers who call themselves the H2Okomuniti, and SHIKE Virtual Run.

2. Run, jog, or walk anywhere and anytime at your own pace for a total of 5km or more and keep your records using any running app (i.e., Runkeeper, Strava, Runtastic, Mapmyrun, etc.) or treadmill screen record.
3. Email your run log to jonathan@shikewatch.com.
4. Virtual run items will be shipped to you before 30th September 2021.
