Apparently These Goons Are From The Kulim Municipa..

Apparently these goons are from the Kulim Municipal Council and this brutality happened at about 4.00pm yesterday. When a local council behaves in this manner, it endorses that it’s okay for street animals to be brutalised. Sadly, there are loopholes in the Animal Welfare Act 2015 which allows for this to be done.

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
