The Wai Family, whom I am acquainted with on a personal basis, has sent a donation to five organisations through our Paypal account: AnimalCare, MDDB, Pak Din, Meiji’s Sanctuary and Imm’s Shelter in Ipoh, and has requested that I do the bank transfer for them to the other four organisations since it would be more cost-effective to send in one lump sum rather than to 5 separate accounts (Paypal’s commission is high!).
This donation is made in memory of their beloved dog, Rusky and also in the name of their dogs now, Buster (Rusky’s best friend), Luna and Momo. Luna and Momo were recently adopted from the streets by Mrs Wai. Rusky and Buster were also adopted from the streets. The Wai Family hopes more people will consider adopting animals off the streets instead of buying.

A message from the Wai Family:
This donation was made in the memory of our beloved dog, Rusky (whose first passing away anniversary was on the 14 February) and also in the name of our other doggies, Buster, Luna and Momo.
I really hope that our story with all four of our dogs will inspire people to adopt, and not buy pets. Please give an animal on the street a chance to a better life, and not help keep despicable puppy mills/backyard breeders in business.
Buster, Luna and Momo, we all love you for the smiles you bring to us everyday! Go easy on the furniture!
RIP Rusky, never a day which passes which we don’t remember and love you! Thank you for everything baby.
