On Wednesday, about 6.30 pm, our member received a distress call from our Transit Centre caretaker that one of the dogs got bitten by a cobra. We quickly contacted another member who stays the nearest to our Transit Centre and he rushed to get the dog to our panel clinic in Puchong.

When he arrived at Transit Centre, the dog was still breathing faintly. No time to lose, he knew he had to act fast. On the other end, we got the clinic staffs on stand by to administer anti venom.

Our member got there just in time, the vet administered the jab. We could only hope and pray that the dog would make it.

A few hours later, we got an update from the vet saying that the dog’s condition improved.

Yesterday, we got an update again saying that though he’s still not eating on his own but he’s more responsive and he’s on drips.

About an hour earlier, the vet updated us again saying that the dog shows more positive signs of recovery.

We couldn’t be happier that he’s still alive.

Please help us with his medical later, the anti venom jab alone costs us Rm1,500. We paid a deposit of Rm2,500. Thank you.
