Ivanna is having on going managenent treatment after discharge 🏥🏥🏥

1) to do daily subcut of 300ml

2) continue to give the hormone (EPO) jab till 29 May

3) to feed Iron & renal supplements

4) to feed renal dry & wet food

5 ) follow up checking on 31 May
