Education For Sustainable Development Malaysia Has..

Education for Sustainable Development Malaysia has invited inspiring youths to share their journey towards sustainable lifestyle. Our first #changemaker is Ashneeta Sidhu.

“Hi everyone, I adopted the plant-based diet when I turned 16. This lifestyle doesn’t deplete my values but embraces something that is already in me, a sense of empathy. I will be sharing about my life as a vegan. Hopefully, my stories will inspire you to take small steps in managing your #foodprint in whatever ways that you’re comfortable with.”

Follow Ashneeta Sidhu if you’d like to see the world from her view and feel free to ask her any questions

The views expressed here are those of the contributor and do not necessarily represent the views of WWF-Malaysia. Globally, WWF encourages the transition to a planet-based diet that is high in human benefits and low in environmental impacts. The planet-based diets approach is flexible and allows for different eating patterns based on geography, culture, tradition, availability, and affordability that is healthy, nutritious, and within planetary boundaries.
