Sugarcola and her seven siblings were only two months old when they were abandoned on the streets and left to fend for themselves. The streets are no place for a litter of puppies, but it was particularly tough for Sugarcola and her siblings who were out there with no mother to protect them.

Fortunately, a kind local spotted them and called Soi Dog. They were then scooped up by our rescue team and brought to the shelter for safety.

Sugarcola’s difficult puppyhood has left her timid and shy, and she’s struggled to adapt to the hustle and bustle of the shelter. During her two years here, she’s seen almost all of her siblings adopted into loving homes, and we’re hoping it’s her turn next.🤞🏻 This wallflower is ready to bloom! 🐾🌼

To help build her confidence, Sugarcola is searching for a home with an understanding family and an older doggie brother or sister to show her the ropes.
