Updates On The 3 Musketeers

Our reader sent these updates on the 3 musketeers this morning:

All 3 musketeers are looking very chirpy this morning compared to yesterday. The tiny one had a roundworm in her poo yesterday. Towards the afternoon, I dabbed a cotton with frontline and rubbed on their body. It was shocking how many big fleas came out dead. The diarrhea had stopped, Orange musketeer still has the wheezing but its reduced a little. Tiny one got his/her appetite back. can walk around the room and even played a little with the Orange musketeer. I still had to separate her/him from the white musketeer due to the suckling. I guess that will stop once they know they are getting enough milk to drink. Big one is much calmer than before. perhaps the disturbance of flea is no more. Orange muskteer reminds me so much of Shinobi. I can’t wait for them to get better. I changed my mind about Petalac, instead they are on Milkodog, which they seems to enjoy better. I am planning to take them to the balcony this afternoon for a sun bath. They might enjoy that instead having to cooped up in the room the entire time.

Unfortunately, at 5pm, our reader texted to say she was rushing Big One to her vet. Apparently, he had diarrhoea again and there some roundworms and tapeworms in his anus. Our reader pulled out the worms and cleaned Big One up as his lower half was covered in poo. He cried.

Then, he hardly drank any milk later, and wasn’t moving much. His eyes were open and pupils dilated; his tummy still looked distended. The vet had feared the distended abdomen could be an indication of the dreaded FIP.

We hope not.

Let’s send positive vibes to all the kittens, folks.

We await further updates.
