We Would Like To Express Our Sincere Thanks And Ap..

We would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to our fundraisers, who indeed are our frontliners, for their hard work and enthusiasm in building public awareness of WWF-Malaysia’s conservation efforts. If you meet them, please spare a minute of your time to read about why they love supporting nature and give them a few words of encouragement for their great work! Thanks so much.

Siti Nawal Binti Azmi – I love supporting nature because it is crucial for our own survival. Nature connects us to all other living things and provides a comforting therapy that helps improve our physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Mohd Saiful Aidil Mohd Farid Majd – As an animal lover, I have been thinking about how I can help our nature especially animals since I was in school. The passion grew bigger when there was a case of a stranded whale in Sepanggar when I was 11 years old. When I got the chance to be part of WWF-Malaysia, I was more than delighted because it’s like a dream come true to me. I appreciate the chance given and would always treasure this moment.

Nora Binti Kamaruddin – I love nature because nature makes me feel happy and makes me appreciate my life more. There are a lot of things that we can discover through nature. Being in nature can give me peace of mind and time for myself.

Fatin Nabilah Binti Mohamad Rafa’es – I enjoy working as a fundraiser for WWF-Malaysia because I love nature and wildlife. We have lost 60% of our world’s forest and there might be nothing left for our future generation if we do not take action right now. This is the chance to do my part in spreading awareness to the public.

Hamshebavanii a/p Isvaran – I have been working with WWF-Malaysia since June 2020 and I am passionate about the work they have done. Of the many projects, my favourite is the Bornean elephant campaign because personally, I am against people harming elephants. Besides gaining more knowledge about wildlife and nature, this job has enabled me to spread more awareness to the public and even to my family members.
