Gwendarin was only one month old when rescuers discovered her all alone, injured and suffering on a construction site. This little girl could barely stand. Her mum and siblings were nowhere around. Without rescue, Gwendarin would have certainly perished.

Either this petite pup fell from something, or a heavy object fell on her. She had wounds on her back and she had a damaged left hip. The vets also discovered that Gwendarin was suffering from parvovirus – a fatal disease that kills millions of puppies every year. Out there, all alone, Gwendarin had no hope.

Thankfully, someone like YOU donated, and she was rescued and got the help she needed. Gwendarin is such a brave soldier! She fought the parvovirus, got back on all four paws, and grew into the most extraordinarily beautiful, affectionate, fun and friendly dog. Her left back leg is still hyperextended, but she can use it well and is in no pain. The vets will monitor her to see if she will need any further treatment. She is so happy to be alive, and it was animal lovers like you who gave her that amazing gift 🎁
