Update on Audrey:

Audrey is an accident victim and has brain trauma. She was rescued by Ryan in Puchong. She walks in a circle due to the injury and has a habit of pressing her head against the cage that caused her the facial injuries. The vet did a CT scan for Audrey and found a blood clot in at the forebrain and occipital lobe. Audrey is on steroids in order to reduce the inflammation slowly and to dissolve the blood clot. The vet has to place in nasogastric tube for her to feed her daily as she is not eating on her own at all.

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
