Majid has not updated me ever since he asked for help and I directed him to Dr Veeranoot. Dr Veeranoot also went round to that particular cafeteria to look for the cat.
Majid finally updated the good doctor and apparently, according to Majid, the cat does not look as sickly anymore now.
From Majid to Dr V:
Yesterday we (my wife, Leili, and I) gave some food and medication to him
and was is better condition. Today morning, we also couldn’t find him since
he goes upstairs and corridors of the hostel buildings when it is raining
or cold like other cats do. Tomorrow again I will go to col 12 and if I can
find him, I will let you know of his condition. I have attached his picture
a the before we took at col 12.
The yellow cat who is pregnant is probably the one who is also scary and we
feed her regularly because the food they eat at the restaurant is not
healthy for them (full of spice).
The more important case is now two female cats who are living in our area
and we care for their food and safety. But the problem is the two male cats
who are their friends . They are always pregnant and they always lose
their kitten. We have never seen any of their kittens ever except this last
one who is living with mother. Currently they are both pregnant and we are
waiting for them to deliver and then to take them for spaying more probably
at UPM.
Dr Veeranoot has suggested to Majid to get some friends and form a cat-caregiving team, and introduce them to CNRM. Let’s hope it materialises. We’d be more than happy to help out with subsidies and publicity for e-adoptions, etc.
