大雨天里，狗狗被人发现神情哀伤的一直躺坐在繁忙的大路旁默默淋雨，这绝对非比寻常，因为正常的浪浪都会急着找地方躲雨

果然去到现场后，发现狗狗后腿都是伤、不能走了，也不知道他已经躺在原地多少天了 … 没想到一看到向它伸出援手的志工，狗狗像看到曙光一样，勉强的拖着受伤的后腿，慢慢的爬近志工，然后竟然把头轻靠在她的肩膀上

这也太鼻酸了！ 😭

就像是终于等来了世界上唯一和最后一个希望，狗狗是多么开心，但也多害怕我们会离开他

难过的是，我们确实也是他唯一和最后的希望了 ….

狗狗取名为 Tiger

证实是车祸导致盆骨断裂、下身瘫痪，过后甚至也发现了他体内横膈膜破裂、一直呕吐，但修复手术的存活率是50/50，但不做手术也不行啊，我们最后艰难的下决定让他动手术

而坚强的Tiger都撑过这一切了！

(手术期间住院了八天，医药费也同时花了一大笔 …

虽然半身残疾 (有时一只后脚可以勉强半立拖着走) 但手术不久后的Tiger很健康也很乐观，时常看他嘴开大大的傻傻笑

(让人生气的是他还开始会欺负其他狗了 😑

不必再在路旁傻傻独自痛着、饿着、冷着

不必再流浪，真好！

即使园区面对人手超级不足的问题，每一天还是不停接到爆棚的求救电话、每一天各地不断有浪浪遇难，真的好无力

Even if our shelter is facing the big problem of shortage of manpower, we still receives an overwhelming number of calls for help every single day, which is really helpless.

(TAKE the first step and stretch out your helping hand, in fact, everyone can be the hope of the strays! 💪)

In heavy rainy day, the dog was found to be lying sadly by the roadside and soaked in the rain. This is absolutely abnormal, as a normal behavior stray dog will rush to find a place to hide from the rain.

After we went to the scene, we found that the dog was injured and not able to walk. We don’t know how many days he had been lying there. But we didn’t expect that when he saw the volunteer who helped him, the dog was like seeing the light shines in the darkness. Dragging his injured hind leg strenuously, he crawled to the volunteer slowly, and then leaned his head on her shoulder.

This is just too sad and heartbreaking 😭

It’s like finally the only and last hope in the world came to him, how happy the dog is, but also how afraid we will leave him.

Sadly, we are indeed his only and last hope …

We named the dog Tiger.

It was confirmed that a car accident caused a rupture of the pelvis. Afterwards, it was even discovered that his diaphragm was ruptured and he kept vomiting. However, the survival rate of the repair surgery was 50/50, but it wouldn’t work if we didn’t do it. We finally made the difficult decision to have him undergo surgery.

The strong Tiger has survived all this!

(He was hospitalized for eight days during the surgery and we had spent quite a lot of medical expenses to save his life …)

Although both of his hind legs are paralyzed, he is very healthy and optimistic shortly after the surgery, and he often smile happily at everyone. (What annoys us is that he even starts to bully other dogs 😑)

Tiger must feels so great that he no longer need to be alone on the side of the road in pain, hunger, and cold.

It’s hard to find someone to adopt a healthy dog, not to mention a disabled dog like Tiger 😔

Homeless & Orphan Pets Exist (H.O.P.E.) is a non-profit organization and no-kill shelter that aims to improve welfare of strays and abandoned pets around Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
