Haylen was rescued from a government pound in the north east back in 2017. Confined in a small space with hundreds of other dogs, he’d developed problems with his hind legs and was suffering immensely.

With support from generous donors like you, we were able to bring Haylen to our shelter in the south and give him the treatment and care he desperately needed. It wasn’t long before he was walking comfortably again and showing us all his sweet personality. 💕✨

Haylen is an easygoing and playful dog who loves the company of people, whether they’re new acquaintances or old friends. As a result of his negative experiences at the pound with so many other dogs, he would feel most comfortable in a home with no other pets. 🏠
