Guess what?

All these turtle research and conservation projects, educational programmes and community empowerment initiatives would not have been possible without these women leaders in TCS.

We update our social media sites; manage our online shop; pack your purchases; design our T-shirts, stickers and other collaterals; and ensure our day-to-day operations go smoothly.

Everyday, we #ChooseToChallenge the notion that women should only be seen in the kitchen; that women should be working in the labs and not in the field; and that women should not be in a male-dominated field.

And we’re doing a great job at it!

Turtle Conservation Society

The Turtle Conservation Society of Malaysia was established in October 2011. The aim of the society is to bring about the recovery of depleted wild populations of turtles, with particular reference to freshwater turtles, in Malaysia through partnerships with like-minded organizations, individuals and local communities as well as through its own programs.
