Our animals have been waiting as patiently as you have, and they are so happy to see you again!

Walk-ins are now allowed on WEEKDAYS (except Thursday, unless it is a public holiday), from 11AM to 3PM. No booking is required.

For WEEKEND visits, an appointment booking is still compulsory — slots will only be released 7 days beforehand.
