We don’t know how long Sinthu was struggling to cope with the pain and torment, but given the depth of the wound, it must have been a long time. What a cruel and terrible thing to do to an innocent dog. The cable could have killed him. As soon as the cable was removed, it was clear that Sinthu needed reconstructive surgery.
