Some updates:

Flood waters have receded, and the affected families are in the process of assessing the damage done to their house. Those whose washing machine was submerged are trying to get it repaired. One lady offered to help another wash her clothes because there was too much laundry to do, and her washing machine wasn’t working yet.

We’ll discuss with the affected families tomorrow, and we will then disburse your contributions to them, to help them get back on their feet soonest possible.

The Turtle Conservation Society of Malaysia was established in October 2011.
