Hello everyone! I am Diana Chendai, Programme Officer for Forestry and Community based in WWF’s Sarawak office. In conjunction with #InternationalMountainDay on 11 December, please let me share with you my experience scaling up Sarawak’s highest peak – Mount Murud. Mount Murud is a sandstone mountain that stands at 2,423m above sea level. It is situated between the boundaries of Miri and Limbang divisions, in the Maligan-Kelabit highlands.
