Gorgeous Penelopy Was One Out Of Eight Pups Rescue..

Gorgeous Penelopy was one out of eight pups rescued by Soi Dog’s Animal Rescue Team back in 2017. A kind local lady alerted us to that fact they, along with their mother Pinapple were in danger of being poisoned!

Sadly, their mother passed away due to canine distemper but luckily Penelopy and her siblings all found their forever homes. Penelopy was one of the super six that flew to the United Kingdom in June, 2017 🤗🏡.

Her adopter shared a glimpse into Penelogy’s (Penny for short) wonderful life with the lovely update below:

“Penelopy settled in right from the start. She has two westie siblings who are half brother and sister. She misses them when they go off to the groomers together and walks round looking for them so we make sure we take her on an extra-long walk when they’re there! They only thing she was a bit wary of was the hoover but now doesn’t mind that either. Penny goes for around 3 months with no fur coming out then about 2 months with everything is covered in it. I even bought my living room carpet to match so it doesn’t show and I can tell you in the carpet world her fur colour is warm fudge 😂.”

We are so grateful to adopters who change the destiny of Soi dogs like Penelopy – the love and contentment that fill their lives are palpable. Are you looking to adopt? By adopting a soi dog or soi cat, you will be saving two lives as this frees up space in our shelter for another animal in desperate need 🙏.
